How do I determine the right size for my baby?
We provide a detailed size chart on each product page to help you choose the appropriate size based on your baby's age and measurements.

Do we have to hand wash these products?
All our products can be washed in the machine.  

Will these clothes shrink?
Since all our clothes are made out of cotton, there are chances of slight shrinkage.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, UPI and Net Banking. We also accept COD, with a nominal partial upfront payment. 

How long will it take to ship my order?
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order. Normally, once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 36 hours to process and mark it ready-for-delivery.

Do you do same day shipping?
Yes, on weekdays, provided you place your order before 12 noon on that day.

What is your shipping and delivery policy? How can I track my order?
Orders are processed within 3 days of purchase.  Once your order is processed, it then goes into shipping status. Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package. We usually ship using Shiprocket or Delhivery. It can take between 3-7 working days for your product to deliver - based on your location and type of product ordered.

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via the 'Contact us' form or send an email to bumblebeebabywear@gmail.com or chat with us now. 

What is your return policy?
As a general rule, we do not accept returns for our baby clothes.  However, in case of sizing issues, we may consider exchanges. Please take a look at the page here. You can also use the chat button on the website to contact us if you have any issues. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We strive to process orders promptly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, you can include a personalized message during the checkout process, and we will ensure it is included with the package.
